Looking for high intensity 30 min and 1hr roller workouts to do some mid-week training.
I ride to work every day (14 miles total) and usuall MTB for 2 hours and road ride 2-4 hours at weekends but need to step it up a bit for JOGLE in May 🙂

Been doing 30 mins zone 4-6 and yes when you get tired its a little hairy 😉
