Anyone know if you can fit a Rohloff disc hub to a frame with chain stay disc mounts without using the long torque arm thingy? I'm thinking of the Jones Plus style frame with normal vertical dropouts, not ones with modular dropouts (like Shand Stoater).
Had a good web search but can;t see how it can be done.
Cheers

You'll need a Monkeybone.

I've got one of those on my Peregrine but I thought it only fitted IS seat stay disc mounts?

It'll fit anything with IS mounts. Doesn't matter if they're seat or chainstay mounted.
If it's post mount I can't see how you can avoid using the torque arm.

Only IS is correct (i.e. not post mount), but it can be on the seat or chain stays, see

albeit this is with the on-one slot dropouts using a Monkey Bone.

Right, that sounds like a possibility then, Jones Plus is IS mount, not post. Thanks for the info guys.
