Hi - does anyone know the difference between these two? Is one left and one right?

MMX means matchmaker x. Basically it bolts onto the matchmaker clamp that holds the brake leaver and shifter. Standard is the whole clamp assembly.

The matchmaker clamp can also be taken off to leave you with a standard clamp as it is just a clamp screwed on to the standard clamp.
