Is that external stuff? I've seen my mate use normal chain lube ๐Ÿ˜ risk it if you fancy!

No,
It's the red oil that you soak the foam rings in to lubricate.
Not sure what I could use as an alternative.

I just use the same oil as the lubricant bath. IIRC the Red Rum is supposed to be Torco assembly lube but I don't know that to be true.

Ok guys,
Mite just use the 15wt as have that for the lower legs.

Same as the lowers oil as it's going to mix with it as soon as you turn the bike upside down
