Hi,
I am having issues with my RCT3 forks.They are brand new and only been ridden on roads so far.The 3 position dial does not seem to work.When riding with 120psi in the fork (my reccomended pressure) under hard effort I get over 50mm of movement there is no difference between settings.This is a 100mm Sid 29er fork.I have experimented with oil in the damper assembly and have no joy,doesn't make a difference.I know you will tell me to send them back but they were bought from the states !Can Loco help out? Send them in and we can have a look over them, it'll work out cheaper than return to the states.
Make sure the plus shaped dial is open all the way before other adjustments. The compression settings may be off and easily fixed.
