Ive got poploc but when pushing the lever forward to lock, it doesnt click in place and stay there, it just returns to the bottom. the release button seems to be stuck all the way in too. Any ideas?

Is there enough tension in the cable?

I've sorted it, there was actually too much! Good idea, but not impressed so far
