I ended up buying 120ml of rockshox 0w30 oil and 1oz of buzzys slick honey grease, both from eBay. I got a full service kit with my forks, so will replace the foam rings too, hopefully this weekend

Just done mine this morning, it's that quick & easy, there's no excuse for not doing it regularly.
