Anyone got any 2009 RockShox Lyrik IS U-Turn. How are then how do you adjust the pre load?
Can't find any info on sram web site it's all 2010.

You can't adjust preload on U-Turn forks, only buy a new spring. The cheapest place I found them was at TFT but even there they are £40!

Beat me to it - yes 09 Lyrik U-turns are coil only.

Mine are great! As I only weigh 10.5 stone I went for the soft spring, but even with a medium spring they worked brilliantly, much much better than air forks imo.

I got the 2 step air and they are awesome

i've got a set of 08 2-step Lyrik and i just dropped them off at the bike shop with the view to getting them fixed under warrenty.

the 2-step function has stopped functioning. 09 are supposedly ok.

great system when it works.

09 Lyrik U-Turns - Excellent so far.
Climbing - they lockout really well using the floodgate control.

IS model uses Motion Control not Mission Control damping. (Boring fact of the day)

OK I have then now on my new bike. How do I tell what spring I have in there?

Take it out and have a look? OK but then how do I tell then.

Oh and do you get full extension when off the bike mine have lost a few mm
