Hi everyone,
My dad owns a haibike e-bike so he can still cycle (and keep up) with me, its been great apart from the electric shock!
Its got a rockshox monarch electric shock which is the same as that fitted to the 2015 lapierre range I think. The shock is playing up and won't go to amber (medium) or red (locked). It will just come on green, if you push the button it will flash green and then turn off!
I'v emailed e-bike shop where the bike was bought from and I'm being told that flashing green means that the shock battery is low (even though the bike has been on charge overnight). I thought low battery was indicated by a red and green alternating flash? Can anyone confirm this before I have an argument with e-bike shop?
Also has anyone had a similar problem with the rockshox electric shock?
Does anyone know if its possible to reset the system?
Many thanks,
Dale
Flashing green would be "manual open". [s]Switch it to something else to show them it's not "low battery".[/s] Nvm, you can't.
