I have a set of 2011 Rockshox domain 318s which I bought about 3 weeks ago. I was out riding today and they were great, then a mate asked me how the u-turn worked and so I turned it in all the way and then tryed to turn them back out again. They extended about 5mm and then got stuck, so they are now at at about 135mm. I have tried turning it the other way but it is completely jammed. This was really annoying.
Anyone had this problem? Any help apreciated.

It could well be the little ball bearings under the U-turn knob. If they get dry they get stuck and make the knob really hard to turn.
Take the knob off by undoing the small allen bolt in the centre of the knob. Make sure the underside of the knob is nice and clean, remove all the balls and their springs (there should be 3 of each), clean them and pop them back in with a smidge of grease on the balls. Put the knob back on and see how get on.
