[Closed] rockshox damper problem - any ideas?

Right, I've got a problem with my recon 351 u-turn. It isn't getting full travel, or anywhere near it. I assumed the rebound seal head had gone, so got a motion control service kit, stripped it down, replaced the seals and reassembled with correct oil levels etc.

It still felt awful, so to trouble shoot, I took the spring out of the left leg. Still couldn't compress the fork more than a couple of inches. So, I thought I must have mis-measured the oil and it was hydrolocked, so took out the mo-co cartridge. I still can't compress the fork (without either spring or mo-co cartridge - so no top caps). It feels like there is an air spring in the rebound leg somewhere! I'm pretty sure this isn't normal, so does anyone have any suggestions as to what I've done wrong, or what is knackered. Will phone TF tomorrow, but would like to get this sorted while the kitchen is covered with oil.

Sounds like the damping oil has leaked into the r/h lowers...

exactly what I thought, hence the seal rebuild. Doesn't seem to be the case though...will pour the oil out to check in a minute.
