As above, will this need bleeding before installation? If so, apparently it is "self bleeding" so I can watch it do its thing whilst drinking a beer...
The one I've had delivered has a concave looking bladder, different to the older Chargers and feels like it contains less oil, but this does look like the pics on the Rockshox site, so I'm assuming there's plenty of oil in there and I dont know to do anything other than screw it in.

Same - i just bolted my charger 2 straight in.
