Looking at an upgrade to the Suntour XCM fork on my Rockhopper. I like the price of the RS Recon Silver Solo Air @ £150 on CRC:

However,I much prefer the weight of the 30 Gold's, with a saving of 354g - presumably, primarily from the alloy uppers. However, these are £90 more:

Are they any good alternatives to the 30 Gold, from other manufacturers which may be closer in price to the Recons but with alloy uppers? They need to be 1 1/8" and 9 mm QR.
