[#816828]

I have just set up my new SID's and have put 115 PSI in both +/- chambers as instructed on the fork. I have wound the rebound right the way off so it is at it's spingyness.

First thing, I can only seem to get 60mm travel from a 80mm fork.

Secend thing is that when I am on the bike setting sag it is sat at 25% which is correct but when I get off the bike the fork does not fully rebound and leaves about 5mm of the stancion left in the lower legs. Is this because they are new and not yet broken in or have I set them up wrong?

the 60mm travel thing is common - ill let nick (njee) explain as he understands it - ive never been bothered to look into it ... a forks a fork for me

I suggest you remove the spacer though and make em 100 on the flx ๐Ÿ˜‰

Did you do the chambers in the correct order ? otherwise you can suck the fork down into their travel

Can anyone point me to an online manual for set up as I didn't get one with the fork?
Cheers

Cheers Terry.

Still baffled why they stay sat in the lower legs by about 5mm.
