hi, new to the forum
I'm looking at getting a reverb stealth for my Orbea Rallon, the standard post is 375mm and i ride it with 160mm left in the frame what I'm not sure on is whether the 420mm length will be too long for it to go far enough into the frame

You need to test this yourself- it'll vary for other people depending on frame size and leg. So, take your standard post and see how far into the frame you can get it. The Reverb Stealth sticks out a bit further internally because of the connectamajig so you may well have a bit more space to play with (and remember the hose has to go somewhere too)
