So As i said i would i will update you on the progress of the forks.
So i managed to service the forks full seal replacment. inners and outers.
the forks feel plush now.
however my uturn only works for about 1cm. and i seem to have about 145mm travel now which i think is a little od.
So...
So any suggestions of a fix or what might have caused this.
Sounds like you may have got the reassembly slightly wrong. Worth stripping and trying again?

Hmm they went back exactly as they came out, but will give that a try. duirdh nobody asked you to coment if you dont want to help,do you have a problem with me or some thing,as i though forums were aplace where people could come and ask for help and advice.
Is that 145mm of leg showing?
I seem to remember a set of 130mm revs measuring 135mm and they don't use the last bit of travel.

Good you got them working - I would be very narked if I had been left in the position you were prior to the fix.
