[#6681285]

If i wanted to go and change my Pike from 150mm travel to 160, would that be possible using current chassis and changing internals? How much would it cost?

If i have 160mm rear and 150mm front suspension will i die?

I may be wrong but I am pretty sure a Pike 150 and 160 are the same body / internals. The 150 just has a spacer that can be removed to increase it to 160...

That would be great if that were the case! Any experts on the forum?

You'd need a new air spring assy (a shaft with a piston on the end) £35.

It's the length of the shaft that dictates the travel, your 150mm assy is 10mm shorter than a 160mm assy.

You could bodge with a longer footbolt and 10mm spacer if you really wanted to though.

No, you need a different air assembly.

I think it's about £40 or so.

Do you mean the solo air 35mm pikes? If so then:
Yes.
£35 for the air shaft.
No.
