Just received a new set of Rock Shox Lyrics, what is the mission control all about, the instruction manual is less than useless with regard to set up?

High and low speed compression and a floodgate - google Lyrik setup. 4-4-1 is apparently a good starting point. SRAM have a nice 2 page PDF explaining it all, I have it on my work laptop but am on the phone ATM

i got a pair. i just make sure they rebound right for me and stick 190psi in them.

My advice would be to turn the flood gate off and forget about it - at least until you get round to removing it entirely (see videos and pinkbike).
