After getting a good look at my bike in the light for the first time in a while it's in need of a good service.
Anyone know if this seal kit will do for a Tora 318 coil with u-turn travel ajust and rebound damping please.

Nope. Wrong diameter. Try TFTuned, you need 32mm seals. They're the same as for Pike/Reba/Recon/Revelation/SID/Tora IIRC.
EDIT: the ones you need are probably the ones lower down the page you linked to in the "Best Selling Rockshox" bit.
