Serviced a friend's Psylos (coil U Turns) at the weekend, and ignoring the fact that they aren't that well respected on here, it was pretty simple.
Couple of questions to those of you who've done it before. The service manual can't make up its mind about how much damping oil is required. I put 140ml in, which the manual instructs, but then elsewhere it also says 155ml. Anybody know the right amount?
Second, when doing the lower legs, the manul states 30cc in the right leg only, which makes no sense at all. Surely lower leg oil is to keep the seals from drying out? So I put 15ml in each leg, like I have done when servicing other forks.
All of this seems to have worked a treat with the exception that the lockout doesn't work anymore. It's a simple long pin that stops the flow of oil through a hole, so I can't see how it's failed. Any insight in to what might be causing it?
Cheers
