Its been sore for over a week- from the base of my thumb into the muscle etc of the webbing. I know the positioning etc may be wrong on the bars- will adjust etc but is there anything I can do? I've tried massaging the area but its still sore!

I used to get that too, so i rotated the bars back a bit so the hoods sit up slightly. Problem solved
