Can anyone tell me if Swissstop inserts fit Dura Ace 9000 cartridges?
Shimano's own DA9000 blocks are a different model number and price to older DA versions, so not sure if there's something fancy about the cartridge...

The difference AFAIK is that the cartridges for the Shimano direct mount brakes have the pad grub screw in a different place so the pads now have an extra cutout in the back to allow their use with either. The Swissstop pads have the same.
