Ok, I've got a new Dawes Audax bike, comes with a pair of cheap and cheerful wheels. I've got the offer of a pair of Hope Hoops, Open Pro, good as new, £150ish the pair. Worth the money?

Yes, the hoops are a great pair of wheels and at nearly a 3rd of retail they'd be great. there's more then £150 worth of hubs alone in that wheelset.
