We all know a shameful lack of investment in the UK road network is having awful effects on the road surfaces themselves. Looks like some go-getter in Russia has come up
with an innovative new way of solving this growing crisis...

I am delighted that a 4 x 4 fell in there.
If only it could have been a Range Rover or BMW tho.
