I've moved levers from one bike to another. Had to disconnect the hose for internal routing. Bought new inserts and olives, fitted back together and gone through a full bleed process. When activating the lever it travels all the way to the bar with no resistance at all. What have I done wrong?

If it isn't leaking then there is still air in there.

Road calipers can be a pain to bleed - if you mount the bike in a stand with the calliper right at the bottom and give it a firm tap to dislodge any air bubbles

Also tougher when the hose goes through the frame and you can't tappity-tap it.

Have you bled from the caliper up to the levers, to push the bubbles out?
If using Shimano brakes, did you use the bleed funnel?
