Front mech on my road bike's seized - it's a 105 5700 mech and shifter.
Can I replace with a tiagra 4700? Half the price on CRC but I think pull ratios are the same on tiagra 10 speed as they are with 105/ultegra 11 speed so unsure if it'll work.
Can STW help?

4700 won’t work. 4600 has some cable pull ratio as 5700.

unless you can see that it's corroded it's probably just roadglue - overnight in some plusgas would probably cheer it up
