I've gone to replace my gear cables on my road bike, which has guides as per the attached through the head tube. Unfortunately they are pretty mashed & the cable outer won't seat inside them.
Any idea where I might find replacements?
It's a old Principia Ellipse frame, & my googling skills are lacking today.

Ebay is usually good for that sort of thing..e.g.

clean out the 'mashed' bit with a 6mm drill bit?

@Reggiegasket - unfortunately the aluminium has completely corroded around the edge & it's not nice & smooth like the one in the picture.
