Anyone get up great hill at weekend or recently? Thinking of going up there tonight but no idea if it's freeze dried and riding nicely (like other lower trails) or boggy as hell interspersed with 3' snow drifts.

Not been over great hill, but did the track from coal pit to the Wilton quarries on Saturday and it was bone dry
Edit, it's usually boggy as hell, same as great hill so may be worth a look.

snow wise not a problem, but it will be getting softer by the day.
Last week, the first part from the Rivi/belmont road was the only dodgy bit.
I reckon tonight/tomorrow will be your last chance for a while so go for it.
yep madbill, only going to get warmer and wetter as the week goes on I guess, bit of a long route for a nightride if it's dodgy tho. Cheers.
