Friend of mine got a frame from Merlin with a head set already fitted and is having trouble gathering all the parts. Was sent without crown race (LBS had one) and compression ring. Received ring now from Merlin, but he says it still doesn't seem right.
Anyone got one they could take a piccy of so we can see the right parts that are needed - or even better, know of an exploded diagram on the web somewhere?
