.....but it don't half feel good ๐Ÿ™‚ An 8 o'clock velodrome session and home for some Vuelta and Vino - superb. Unfortunately I have a pool session while iainc youngest has a lesson at 10am. I suspect I may suffer..

You'll be reet, A couple of weeks ago I fueled up the night before a half marathon with leffe and ran a pb. Beer the energy fuel - although you might be going wrong with wine.

Marmite on toast and a cup of tea before you go to bed and you'll wake up right as rain, I guarantee. Its the only pre-emptive hangover thing that's every worked for me.

The bottle seemed to disappear too easily ๐Ÿ™„ however 1.5k in the pool and a 25 mile road ride done, so all good ๐Ÿ™‚
