I have a Pinnacle Lithium 4 Hybrid that I'm looking to upgrade the rigid forks which are steel weighing 1.4kg
Existing Forks spec:
Non tapered straight steerer 1 1/8
Axle to crown height 420mm
Rake/Offset 53mm
Disc Brake IS standard with QR axle fitting 100mm
I already tried some Lynskey Endurance Disc Carbon
Axle to Crown 397mm
Rake/offset 45mm
Straight Steerer
684g
But unfortunately I was getting pedal strikes as the centre of bike was slightly more forward, I assume this was due to the Axle to crown length being shorter.
I've scoured the web but unable to find anything that might do the job, suggestions welcome.
The shorter rake will be the cause of the overlap, look for longer.

If the weight really bothers you I 'd suggest it might be cheaper to buy a new frame set like a London Road frame and fork and sell your lithium.
They were doing a scandal and rigid fork for £300 the other day.
Just checked, no London road frames, they were £150. Keep an eye on this frameset, chances are the price will come down over the next couple of weeks.

Steerer tube, 28.6mm (inch and an eighth) so you’ll need a HS136 crown converter if you have a 44mm headtube.
Axle is 100mm, M15xP1.5 (not boost)
You could feasibly fit a 2.8″ as the spacing between the legs is 92mm

Isn't the standard answer to this a Carbon Cycles Exotic fork?
I've looked around for a carbon fork for my Pinnacle Ramin 3+ to save a bit of weight but so far I've not found anything with the same ac and offset. I like the way the bike rides so don't really want to change the geometry just for the sake of losing a bit of weight I'll probably not even notice.
I did exactly the same thing.
I bought a set of carbon exotic 26” forks with 420 a-c. They’re great and have saved a load of weight from the front end. Got a 2.1 29er in there at the minute

You might want to read the question again yourself.
Getting pedal strikes because the BB is lower is not going to be fixed by a higher rake fork that reduces toe overlap. If you got toe overlap on a hybrid bike using a 45mm rake fork that must be a VERY small hybrid frame with a VERY short top tube...

The Carbon Exotic Forks look good but unsure of the rake of those, maybe I missed something but could not see rake/offset measurement on their page, might drop them an email. By the way, just to clarify, when I mention pedal strikes, I mean the pedals clipping the ground when taking a corner. There's no toe overlap on the bike.
Be careful with axle to crown measurements - some road forks are measured to where the crown race sits like normal forks, but some are measured to the bottom of the arch through which the wheel passes.
If you need a 420+mm A2C and 53+mm offset - then you may need to buy a 26" carbon MTN fork.
I'm sure the offset info is on the Carbon Cycles website, I looked there first when looking for some for the Ramin and the info was all there then
