Is this disc fitted the right way? No markings on the disc

Looks correct to me. The idea is the arms in the middle of the disc are compressed during breaking instead of being stretched.

Why would you want the QR at 9 o'clock? It could hook on something whilst riding and open then surely.

Wind tunnel tests will confirm the QR should be at 3 o'clock.
