Just curious if anyone has ridden with compression sleeves on. I've developed a bunch of tendonitis issues, probably due to poor hand position on bars, but have noticed wearing a sleeve on my elbow when working at desk/going for a run seems to help, if not in the healing then at least preventing further aggravation.
Might mean I can get back on the gravel bike sooner even if it means sweaty arms all summer!

My wife used to wear a pair of Skins compression sleeves for long DH days. She thought it helped with arm pump back in the days before she built up a lot more upper body strength.
