Yesterday I got to speak to Chris, the intrepid cinematographer of the video, and contrary to my expectations, he told me that the effusive and happy support of nearly all the walkers totally made the event. He said that perhaps he should have left in the 45 minutes where they were waiting for others to get past and amicably chatting with them. He assured me that further missions of biker/walker diplomacy will happen there in future 🙂
