Well after 6 yrs in NZ i have a visit back to good ol Hx next weekend for a couple of weeks, will obviously be bringing the bike....
My old stomping ground was round Ogden, Studly pike above Royd, through the crags and out round worsthorne. But am thinking after 6yr away so much will have changed i am not even sure if i can remember all the little routes we used to go on - you know what its like when its not too familier you end up missing all the good (local knowledge) bits.
is there a good place for OS maps (or similar) online where you can check out the tracks? whats the mary townly track like?
Have to spend some time with the rellies but plan to get out on the saturdays (5th & 12th) and maybe a couple of days during the week, thought i may as well bring my lights, if i am jetlagged and awake might aswell head up the moors & count sheep... anyone ride in the Eve's?
