Any Oakley dealer should be able to help, not cheap though. Somebody will soon come along and recommend a company called (I think)Optilabs, always seem to get strong recommendations on here.

An ex g/f got some from Optilab and they were very good - well the styling/size was a bit large for her but they worked well as wrap around shades - this was 4 years ago so the styles may have improved. I think they also did lenses for other frames so worth asking about that.
