Going on holiday next week to Sicily, specifically to an area around Pozzallo on the southern coast.
Is it worth putting the cycling shoes in the bag for road or mtb, or just going out for a run along the beach?
I haven’t found any decent hire shops immediately around the area

It's likely to be too hot for me to consider doing any exercise.

It’s only going to be 32deg at that’s not too hot to bike 🥵

They weren't free!
In fact the cost was about 3x the car hire but that's the price for sanity.
They did a door to door service.
