Hi

Off on what is primarily a golfing trip in mid-March. Two of us will be sticking bikes in car. Any tips for nearby riding? Likely be 2-3 hours night rides but ideas for a full day also appreciated.

Cheers

Some nice trails at Contin / Strathpeffer which aren't too far away.

Edit:- google maps says 1 hour away, so maybe a bit too far. I'm sure you can zip around the roads up there a bit faster than that though.

Also might be worth looking at Learnie, but again, not terribly close.

For trail centres, Golspie Wildcat trails? Also Balblair/Carbisdale.

Thanks for the offer - we'll be heading home Monday night or Tuesday - only a long weekend visit!

There will be two of our group that might want to ride one of the days - is there any bike hire places in that neck of the woods?

Thanks
