forgot how painfull it was.
been on the swearyboys xmas ride/dinner/piss up today.
high point was Hade Edge above Holmfirth. pretty open and quite high, driving snow and sleet in the wind caused me to descend to Holmfirth riding one handed with my other hand sheilding my eyes. proper bloody painfull.

i need some clear specs..... ๐Ÿ˜€

snow anywhere else?

Did a ride a good few years ago (3 shires?) & the sleet was coming from my left, by the time we got back to the car my left side of my glasses was just full of ice & my eye was starting to freeze up!
Not very funny at the time!

Not the same ride but you know what I mean...

Last year. More pushing than riding in Arkengarthdale.

Waiting for this year's white stuff.

Was the same around here. Only a light covering on the ground. But that's when it's worst. When it's not quite proper snow, but more like iced rain. Felt like a human dartboard. It's all character building though, eh. Racing caps make a good shield though.
