i'm going home to the fatherland on the weekend and meting up with some mates to ride, i think we are going to Afan, which of the trails are the best, personal taste is technical fast descents, with a few drops 5 foot max?

Ah, OK! Was just that CC has a little more of the drop side of things! Otherwise, as mentioned above - Whites Level. Oh, and make sure you have the Welsh Rarebit at the Dropoff. Top nommage!
