Bit of a long shot this one....
I will have a few hours to fill tomorrow afternoon (1 till 3) in Newport South Wales. Does anybody know of anywhere within 30 minutes of Newport that would fill a couple of hours. I'm a good xc/trail/all mountain kinda guy.

There is only one trail at cwmcarn.
