Over that way at the weekend, in fact staying mins away. Am I right in thinking there's a few trails in those woods. Kids ridden a few reds in the past so they'll be spinning up too.

Anything way marked? Kids like to take the lead, or is it just head in and pedal?

The way marked is fire road last time I was there but there's so many trails left right and centre, pick them and explore , take the OS map and it's quite easy to refind yourself as once inside the forest there aren't lots of landmarks littering the place.. Or pop up to llandegla. Fab red stuff!

Not been to Delamere for a few years, but from memory the proper stuff is well hidden. It's a nice area though so go & explore plus the cafe at the station was good.
If you want to try a trail centre another vote for Degla

Yeah ridden degga a few times. Reckon the red would kill the kids distance wise tho. Laddo is only just 9, and if it wasn't the distance that did for him it would be the fact he tries to jump every slight bump and there's plenty at degga!
