Hi,

Anyone know of any groups/clubs that ride XC in the South Chilterns (between M40 and Reading)?

There are a few groups left over from the shops in the Pangbourne and Goring area that closed or changed hands in the past 12 months. I am in that neck of the woods too and head out most weekends and some days in the week when the nipper is at preschool.

As above, the lads do a ride Tues and Thurs evenings. I think they have a Facebook or something, i'll try and get you the link.

I generally do XC stuff over this way on my own.

CTC has a group that rides out of Reading (usually heading north). Think they ride Weds and Sundays (http://www.readingctc.co.uk/)

Thanks. I knew that Trailjunkies (pre Goring) used to run a few rides, but that's obviously a thing of the past.

Found site for 'ratmbc' on t'web, but can never seem to get a log-on that works/find out any more details.

I wonder if Mountain Mania who've taken over Trailjunkies organise a ride ?

You've got a race with http://www.xcracer.com/raceentry/viewevent.php?event_id=301

at Checkendon on Sunday if you fancy it? I'm entered to ride.
