hi,
i live in sheffield and i only ride in the peaks. Just wondering what there is if i head east to rotherham, is there anything fun round there?

erm, not really. You'd go out on the canal path, and that's about it. in and around Rotherham there are some pockets of good riding, but it's mainly footpaths and cheeky stuff in various woods so you'd need a local to show you around.
It's not a patch on the peak district for riding! I'm from Rotherham, live in Sheffield and always ride up the peak.
Having said that, there were some cracking little woodland tracks to blast down.
