Does anyone have any recommendations for decent off-road routes around Tideswell in Derbyshire, ideally ones that can be ridden without a large amount of road pounding to travel to and from?

My family and I are off to stop for a week at a friends place in the village and I quite fancy taking my bike with me.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

If you can borrow a copy of this it will have some routes:

Plenty of easy riding in the White Peak.
Try the Millers Crossing route from Flat Tyres.

You're also close to the Pennine Bridleway to head north towards Castleton.
