Heading up Nottingham next Sat to see a man about a dog and might take the bike at the same time. Is there anything about? Needs to be newbie, as in to the area, friendly as I don't really know my way round. Sherwood Pines maybe?

Sherwood Pines will kill an hour or two. If you have longer then head upto Dark Peak area.
