What’s the story there? I thought Shand was bought by some steel company along with another, was it Trillion or something like that?

I asked about the recent history of Shand on another thread (relating to a new gearbox development) a month or so ago and when Steve Shand sold / moved on to new projects. The very man himself kindly replied with a potted explanation.
If only the search worked, I'd find it and attach the link !
(My Shand has a Rideworks eccentric BB, BTW)
