Hi, Im considering buying a Rocky thunderbolt, at the moment I have a Santa Cruz aluminium bronson but find it a bit heavy, combersome and too much travel as I mostly ride trail centres and local trails with the odd peaks ride.
The thunderbolt looks like it fits the bill as its lighter (carbon version), 120mm travel but still good on the downs and a bit move fun. Does anyone have a thunderbolt, any thoughts? Your review?

I hired one on holiday in Vermont last year - was really impressed with it - I'm much more XC than All Mountain and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would - felt quite light and snappy and rolled along well…..worth a test ride if you can find one

Its a cracking fun and lively bike, run mine with 130 pikes and ride 9
in the slack setting, got me down some of the trails in finale last year,
and climbs like a mountain goat.
