ordered new xt brakes 2 weeks ago and was sent the wrong goods and had to return them and they told me at the start of the week they would take the parts needed to make me a full set up.now without telling me and only found out because i phoned them to find out where my order was they now say "cant do that coz of the cost"****in raggin as i now have to wait for paypal refund before i can order another set from elsewhere.the ****in joys of online shopping!!!!!!!so im back to the slx's again as there cheaper or maybe even just deores.
they are shite arent they. they dont even have the slx in stock now either. im gonna advertise some slx later if you want me to give you a shout mate.

Well I've used the brakes about ten times left res cap has a scuff from goin over the bars but apart from that like new rotors six bolt have been used once or I have some more used cl ones . I can do pics either this eve or more likely the morning. What you looking to pay btw 🙂
To be honest they sent me some SLX brakes but one of the mount adaptors was missing. One email and some nice guy replied quickly apologising and a replacement adaptor was sent straight off to me.
Shite in my experience also, on more than one occasion 🙄
Just bought rear mech for road bike and cross bike , 2 chains and a cassette. here next day, no complaints.
Usually pretty good, although I had one bad experience when ordering a groupset which took about 4 weeks to come, and couldn't get through to them on the phone.
i suppose im just in a bad mood because ive waited 2weeks for an order i paid for next day delivery then getting wrong goods and now sold out,to be honest they have answered my emails and calls very well but it still leaves me with no brakes and waiting for my money back before i can purchase new ones.
firestarter ive just bought brand new 203mm cl rotors but i think i might have bought the rear abit big not sure it'll go on my bike,lbs mech said it might be to big and rub on the rear frame.so i wouldnt need rotors and can get BN slx for £130 on CRC.TBH i think i'll play safe and buy new as it gives gaurantee if anything goes tits up.unless your selling at a price that is to good to resist

I had ordered and paid for a pair from Ribble then got an email telling me they were out of stock!
ordered the XTs and they arrived in a couple of days, sadly as I missed the postie they are sat at the locsl PO, so I dont know if they are what they should be.
Better than Evans, however, who I ordered a Joplin from on the same day. They immediately charged my credit card, but 10 days later no sign of he joplin (which is shown as "no longer available"), no order status update from them and I'm waiting on a reply to an email chase up sent today.
