I thought I'd post something positive, as it's brought a smile to my face this week. My old Campag Xenon 9 speed shifter broke just before Xmas. I searched everywhere in NZ for one, but no joy. Tried Ribble as most of my road bits came from there anyway. Ordered it on the night of the 3rd (NZ time). It arrived today. Brilliant. $111 and free postage.

I've always had good service from them, despite the usual negativity towards them.
